Master of Science (Coaching Psychology), MA (Strategy & Management), Accredited Organisational and Team CoachPeter spent over 35 years as a senior leader in complex, high-stakes environments, including three decades in the Royal Australian Navy where he rose to command its most elite capability, the Submarine Arm. He commanded Australian submarines, served operationally and went on to hold senior executive roles in the NSW Government following his naval career.
He brings that depth of experience to his work at Nudge. As Executive Program Director, Peter designs and delivers leadership programs grounded in the realities leaders face and focused on the outcomes that matter most to their organisations. He draws on a core conviction from his time leading in elite environments that the conditions you create around people matter as much as the skills you develop in them.

Master of Science (Coaching Psychology), Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Accredited Organisational CoachLauren was a senior lawyer and leader in the private and public legal sectors for over 20 years before her passion for supporting others to clarify and achieve the change they want to see in their lives led to a successful career shift.
She has over 8 years of experience coaching senior, middle and emerging leaders in different industries in the corporate, public and for-purpose sectors. Lauren works with clients to clarify and achieve their career goals, improve their confidence, performance and impact and deal with complex personal, leadership and organisational challenges.
That may mean helping them to understand and overcome old stories, self-limiting beliefs, patterns of behaviour and influences in the systems we live and work in that keep us stuck. Or helping them identify their values and unique strengths to successfully achieve a role, career or other life transition. She also works with leaders to create positive and sustainable ripple effects in their teams and organisations.
Lauren’s approach helps clients to ‘make the invisible, visible’, which brings about new awareness, perspectives, possibilities and ongoing growth that serve them long after the coaching has ended.
She has a toolkit of practical and evidence-based approaches from behavioural science, leadership practice and psychology — including positive psychology, ACT and adult development — that she uses to meet her clients’ specific needs.
She partners with clients in safe, non-judgemental, curious conversations that provoke new ways of thinking, with the right balance of support and challenge, so they can move with confidence towards their goals.
